The doggies in our lives bring us endless amounts of joy, comfort, humor … and workouts!
Here’s how some of our clients stay fit with their pups.
E-mail us pics of you with your furry family members so we can feature you next month!

Lori Sadel My Yorkshire terrier, Rae, keeps me healthy (and happy!) because for her, being active is fun! She loves the beach, and chasing after her on the sand is quite the workout. Rae also loves “shopping” and freaks out when I say the word. Shopping is my active recovery from The Studio (MDR). LOL!
Ashley Koff Rerun wakes up needing to move and tolerates sitting on his butt for only so long during the day before he needs to play – its an ongoing reminder to stay active and to have fun moving all day long.
Erin Mayo Yankee (white cockapoo) and Yogi (brown cockapoo) keep me healthy & happy by having tons of energy and always requiring lots of play time and walks. If i’m slacking on their exercise, they let me know about it, and it makes me feel good when I know they are tired and content.
Adriana Jamet Coconut and Popcorn demand that we take them for mile-long walks. They have so much fun that the distance flies by (that could also be from their pulling!). It’s a fun and easy way to get in a couple extra miles every day.
Mark Van Wye I credit Clyde — my enormous, shaggy white Komondor — for my current fitness! It was on daily walks with Clyde and my son, Meyer, that I came to wander in to The Studio (MDR) and become a member.
Jennifer Farrell Tiger and I keep each other young. He’s been with me for 14 years, and still acts like a crazy pup. Can’t wait to spend the next 14 years with him!
Gina Barrios Keeping up with Angel and Jeter is it’s own type of workout. There are no lazy Sundays in my house! They are beach babes and demand to run in their backyard every chance they get, and they aren’t shy about reminding me. They make my heart sing!
